In the October 2021 edition of The Duluth Rundown, Tony and Mike go through a bunch of September race results from the Duluth area. There were a lot of races in the area in September. A handful of upcoming races were discussed, as well.
As both Mike and Tony gear up for big races, trail conditions at the time are reported, the question of the month is what day long runs are typically on, and a gear review of two different pairs of shoes for two different upcoming races.
A couple shout-outs are given, and Tony and Mike announce what they are in to at the moment.
