In recent race news, NMTC Fall Trail Series has been moved to a virtual “challenge” format, in-person Minnesota Mile and Fitger’s 5k races are schedules for 9/11 and 9/12, respectively, and Runway 4k winners are announced. Also, Northland Runner is going offline and officially moved to www.northland.run.

Mike and Tony discuss speed golf (again), but this time specifically speed disc golf, and they shout-out to a couple local runners who completed a 10 week, 100,000 feet of vertical gain running challenge set by Leadville Trail Run.
